Product description: TP-820 is a low-odor oxazolidine with molecular structure containing urea bonds. In a one-component polyurethane system, it reacts with water (or moisture) preferentially to generate active groups, and then the active groups and isocyanate groups are quickly cross-linked and cured to form a film, which improves storage stability, curing speed and strength. In the component polyurethane system, it solves the problems of air bubbles and pinholes caused by environmental moisture.

Use process:

-This product decomposes quickly and becomes invalid in case of moisture (water), please keep in a dry and cool place.

-When preparing single-component polyurethane products, some metal catalysts such as dibutyltin dilaurate, organic bismuth, etc. can be added to increase the reaction rate of hydroxyl groups and secondary amino groups, so that the film formation is clean and no foam.

-Please store the unused curing agent with nitrogen gas for sealing.

Characteristic:

-Inhibit the generation of carbon dioxide and prevent bubbles and defects in the coating film.

-Under the condition of high temperature and high humidity, the coating film is cured without bubbles.

-Good storage stability in aromatic and aliphatic polyurethane systems.

-Suitable for preparing products with high tensile strength and high hardness.

Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight and rain, and the shelf life is 9 months under sealed conditions.
